01Using Trackr

Trackr is a business management app for recording orders, clients, payments and creating documents like receipts and invoices. You may use it for your own legitimate business. You agree not to use Trackr for anything illegal or to harm others.

02Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password safe.
• You're responsible for the information you enter and the activity on your account.
• One business account is meant for one business owner. Please give us accurate information when signing up.

03Free trial and subscription

• New accounts start with a 7-day free trial — no card needed.
• After the trial, you choose a plan to keep using Trackr: Founding Member ₦2,000/month (locked for life if you join before 31 July 2026), Monthly ₦3,000, 3 Months ₦8,000, or 1 Year ₦25,000.
• If you pay during your trial, the paid days are added on top — you never lose your free days.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Paystack or Monnify).
• Subscriptions are currently renewed manually — your access continues until your paid period ends, and you simply renew to continue.

04Refunds

Because you get a full 7-day free trial to decide if Trackr is right for you, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a paid period has started. If something goes genuinely wrong on our side, reach out — we're reasonable people and will sort it out fairly.

05Your data belongs to you

The orders, clients and records you enter are yours. We store them so you can use them. We don't claim ownership of your business information, and we won't sell it. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

06What you can expect from us

We work hard to keep Trackr running smoothly and to protect your data. That said, Trackr is provided "as is" — we can't promise it will never have a fault or downtime. We're always improving it and fixing issues as fast as we can.

07Limits

To the extent allowed by law, PathForge is not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits) arising from use of the app. Trackr is a tool to help you organise your business — the decisions and actions in your business remain yours.

08Ending the agreement

You can stop using Trackr and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these Terms or is used for fraud or abuse. If we ever need to close the service, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

09Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

10Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll change the date above and tell you inside the app for important changes. Continuing to use Trackr means you accept the updated Terms.
