01Who we are

Trackr is a product of PathForge Limited, a company registered in Nigeria (RC 8502394). When you use Trackr, PathForge is the party responsible for your data.

02What we collect

We only collect information needed to give you the service:

• Account information — your name, email address, business name and business type, so we can create and run your account.
• Business data you enter — the orders, clients, measurements, payments and notes you choose to record inside Trackr. This is your data; we simply store it for you.
• Payment information — when you subscribe, payment is handled by our payment partner (Paystack or Monnify). We do not see or store your card number or bank details — only whether a payment succeeded.
• Basic usage information — general, non-identifying information like which features are used, to help us improve the app.

03How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• Create your account and let you sign in.
• Store and show you the business records you enter.
• Process your subscription payments through our payment partner.
• Send you important service messages (like a payment receipt or a due-order reminder).
• Improve and fix the app.

We will never use your business data to compete with you, and we will never share your customer list with anyone.

04Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We only share information with trusted service providers who help us run Trackr:

• Supabase — securely stores your account and business data.
• Paystack / Monnify — processes your subscription payments.

These providers are only allowed to use your information to provide their service to us, nothing else. We may also disclose information if required by Nigerian law.

05How we keep it safe

Your data is protected by encryption and strict access rules. Each account can only ever see its own data — one business owner can never see another's records. We use industry-standard security, though no system online can be promised to be perfect.

06Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your account and your data.
• Withdraw consent and stop using Trackr at any time.

07Keeping your data

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your business data from our active systems. Some records may be kept briefly where the law requires (for example, payment records).

08Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top and, for important changes, let you know inside the app. Continuing to use Trackr after a change means you accept the updated policy.
