01Where your data is stored

Your account and business records are stored securely with Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider, protected by encryption and strict access rules. This is what lets you sign in on your phone today and your laptop tomorrow and see the same data.

02Data saved on your device

To make Trackr fast and to let it work offline, the app saves a copy of some of your data on your own device (using your browser's local storage). This means:

• Trackr opens quickly and works even when your network is bad.
• Your recent orders and clients are available offline, then sync when you're back online.
• This data stays on your device and is cleared if you sign out or clear your browser.

03Cookies and similar technology

Trackr uses only essential technology to function:

• Sign-in sessions — to keep you logged in securely so you don't have to enter your password every time.
• Preferences — small settings like your chosen theme (dark or light).

04Analytics

We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand general things like how many people use a feature, so we can improve the app. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

05Payment data

When you subscribe, your payment is handled entirely by our payment partner (Paystack or Monnify). Your card or bank details are entered on their secure systems — Trackr never sees or stores them. We only receive confirmation that a payment was successful.

06Your control

• You can sign out at any time to clear the local copy of your data on a device.
• You can ask us to delete your account and stored data by emailing us.
• You can clear your browser's storage at any time through your browser settings.
