📌 The short version

Trackr stores your business data securely so you can use it on any device. We use only the basic technology needed to keep you signed in and the app working. We don't run advertising trackers and we don't sell your data.

This page explains, in plain terms, how Trackr stores your data and what technology (like cookies and local storage) it uses. It works alongside our Privacy Policy.

01Where your data is stored

Your account and business records are stored securely with Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider, protected by encryption and strict access rules. This is what lets you sign in on your phone today and your laptop tomorrow and see the same data.

02Data saved on your device

To make Trackr fast and to let it work offline, the app saves a copy of some of your data on your own device (using your browser's local storage). This means:

03Cookies and similar technology

Trackr uses only essential technology to function:

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers that follow you around the internet. Trackr is a business tool, not an ad platform.

04Analytics

We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand general things like how many people use a feature, so we can improve the app. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

05Payment data

When you subscribe, your payment is handled entirely by our payment partner (Paystack or Monnify). Your card or bank details are entered on their secure systems — Trackr never sees or stores them. We only receive confirmation that a payment was successful.

06Your control
